GVA Cawley Announces Second Expansion this Year

After expanding to San Antonio earlier this year, Dallas-based commercial real estate firm GVA Cawley is now growing into Austin with a new office. GVA Cawley is a full-service real estate services firm that specializes in brokerage, leasing, sales and management of office, industrial, retail and other commercial real estate properties. The firm offers tenant representation, global corporate services, construction, project management and development services. With the Austin office, the company hopes to grow its land sales division as well, said John Conger, a principal with GVA Cawley.

"GVA Cawley is focused on becoming a premier real estate services company across the state of Texas. We feel that Texas is positioned as one of the brightest economies in the U.S., and having an Austin presence is important in providing statewide services," said John Endendyk, who, along with his father Bruce, will lead the Austin office.
