Tektronix Communications

With it's large, efficient floorplans and horizontal layout, Wilcox Center @ 190 offered Tektronix the opportunity to downsize and obtain building ownership. Tektronix will be able to relocate 475 employees from 241,000 SF in Richardson to 185,000 SF in Wilcox Center. The transition should take place in 2Q of 2010. Bill Cawley, Buddy Tompkins, & Seth Thatcher represented the ownership in the sale transaction, while Tektronix Communications was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Wyatt & team.

CASE Leases 16,462 SF at Park Ventura Office Center in Plano

CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) today announced 16,462 square feet of new office leases by adding two new tenants at Park Ventura Office Center, a 194,480-square-foot office park located at 5025, 5055, and 5085 Park Boulevard in Plano.
