David W. Dees, marking his 12th year in commercial real estate, has moved to the GVA Cawley Healthcare Real Estate Advisory Group to head up landlord representation. He joins Chris Barnet, who is Managing Director and principal, as well as an industry‐recognized tenant representation broker.

"Healthcare is one of the only industries continuing to build right now," Dees says. "There is an immediate call for 19 million square feet of healthcare‐related space nationwide in the next few years and 50 to 60 million square feet over the long term."
