Bruce Butler Joins CASE Investment Sales

CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners announced today that Bruce Butler has joined the company as a director of investment sales. In this role, Mr. Butler will specialize in the sale of income properties with an emphasis on triple net offerings for single-tenant retail, office and industrial facilities.

Mr. Butler brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners and has brokered office, industrial and land transactions in excess of $150 million. Additionally, he has sold more than $60 million in acquisitions as a principal. Prior to CASE, Mr. Butler founded and held the position of president at two different companies: Road Butler, Inc., a multi-city specialty trucking company; and an investment firm known as PH&W Partners, Inc., which was focused on acquiring distressed real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area.
