John Grace leases 87,000 SF to Alcon Labs at Wilcox Plaza
Wilcox Plaza at Green Oaks is a three-story, 187,000-square-foot office building at Interstate 30 and Green Oaks Road, the site of the former Green Oaks Hotel, which was demolished in 2007 and re-developed by Wilcox Development as a LEED® Certified GOLD building.
Alcon Laboratories, in what is likely the largest new office lease signed this year in Tarrant County, plans to begin moving about 400 employees into 87,000 square feet at Wilcox Plaza at Green Oaks in west Fort Worth in the spring. See news articles below for full story.
