CASE Chosen for Lake Travis Marina Assignment

CASE was recently awarded the disposition and the property management assignment for Northshore Marina at the Hollows on Lake Travis, Austin's most beloved lake. Comprised of 196 boat slips, 75 jet ski ports, a ship store and an office, Northshore Marina was awarded Texas Marina of the Year in both 2006 and 2009 by the Marina Association of Texas. This assignment is an excellent example of cross selling our management services by our Land Services group, which received the listing from BB&T.

Lake Travis is ranked as one of the cleanest lakes in the U.S. and in the top three for scuba and water sports. It is 65 miles of shimmering water and beautiful, natural limestone cliffs. The abundant recreational activities include boating, skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, fishing and more.
