Our objective is to ensure that the tenant has a smooth transition into their new facility during the construction phase, whether it is a new shell construction or a renovation project. We will obtain whatever resources are necessary to maximize the efficiency and minimize the cost in any size construction project.
CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners has served as the general contractor, and/or construction manager for tenant improvement (finish-out) work on numerous development projects. We direct and review the general contractor's project management activities; including subcontractor selection, scheduling, construction document compliance, and monthly draws. Our quality control program provides assurance that the final product meets or exceeds the expectations of the user. CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners is uniquely qualified to identify and curtail areas of waste or inefficiency. Our construction management professionals have completed office projects and tenant improvement jobs totaling in excess of eight million square feet. We bring years of experience in the critical disciplines of construction, architecture, engineering and project management.
